Complications in delivering service.

Delivering a service is a quite complicated task in comparison of delivering a product. In Service each of the task is customized as per the requirements of customer. So in order to deliver to excellent service we need to understand well the issue of a customer. Each customer has different requirements and we need to fulfil their requirements with our best solutions so that the customer will be satisfied and feel the time he had spent with you worth. So, we should be more focused on the requirements of customer hence, we need to maintain such kind of environment where he should feel free and calm and can express his requirements well. We should have good interpersonal skills and communication skills so that we can communicate and understand each other well. The main thing in delivering a service is that it cannot be replaced once delivered, a product or a good can be replaced but a service can never. If we do any mistake while delivering the service then it can impact on the image of the brand. Hence, every case need to be carefully observed, planned and implemented keeping in my mind the higher level of customer satisfaction and brand image of the firm.
